As a member of the Specialty Services team the Behavior Analyst will perform functional behavioral analysis of behaviors for children living with intellectual and developmental disabilities including autism, under the direction of the supervisor. The BCaBA will primarily work within in the Behavioral Health Treatment (BHT) program designing, implementing, training and monitoring applied behavior analysis interventions but may be assigned to other appropriate clinical cases for the provision of ABA. The BCaBA will have responsibility for direct oversight of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services delivered by ABA technicians, under the clinical supervision of a BCBA the employee must exercise independent decision-making and work effectively in a team-based environment.  The employee will complete other tasks as needed in various programs as assigned by a supervisor.
