Trainer and Instructional Designer - BCB005NL
DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create high-end training solutions for implementation of sales development interventions in order to streamline and maximize business and human performance.
* Design and deliver high-end training solutions, utilizing industry best practices.
* Collaborate with business partners and existing resources to develop a solid understanding of business procedures and operations; develop a wide range of training materials and other performance support tools.
* Create storyboards, scripts, and other course content in a variety of formats.
* Conduct post instruction outcome evaluations to measure effectiveness of training programs and adjust to improve value to the participants as required.
* Establish baseline delivery systems for training.
* Employ appropriate technology to provide an effective and cost-efficient learning event.
* Monitor participation and retention of staff in the managed curriculum and e-Learning courses.
* Develop soft skill and product-based curriculum for sales force and post training support mechanisms aimed at evaluating the success of the training.
* Identify organizational knowledge and skill gaps utilizing focus groups, SME interviews classroom observations, etc.
* Build relationships with leadership in target business areas.
* Perform other duties as required.
