Job title: Quality Engineer
Job duties: Conduct engineering project involved in design and development from concept to product commercialization, and launch functions; analyze customer products and interfaces to determine engineering /design requirements meeting or exceeding internal and customer performance requirements; manage Process Flowcharts and prove visual aids to all stations on the assembly line; review Quality Information System data with the various work groups to determine the root cause of various process problems; establish and maintain customer and supplier interface to quality related items in APQP and PPAP submittal in accordance with the specific customer requirements; responsible for Supplier PPAP review and ensures that package meets customer requirements; perform process verification audits internally and at supplier sites, and schedule layer audit in the plant & follow up for any non-conformance findings; Develop/Coordinate Flow Diagrams, PFMEA, Control Plans, Inspection /Job Instructions & Inspection logs; perform quality and statistical analysis of current production concerns and processes for continuous improvement.
Requirement: Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related.
