- Be the first point of contact with our customers, answering inbound calls/emails regarding glass breakage to their car or recreational vehicle. Gathering information to advise customers of the next steps to get them back on the road.
- Resolves all issues concerning payment, invoicing, authorization and repair coordination.
- Manages the email box for shop and customer inquiries.
- Follows-up with shops and customers to inquire about job status
- Interact internally with all Express Group departments and externally engage with policyholders, repair facilities, dealerships and insurance companies.
- This position will encompass both inbound and outbound phone calls.
Schedule for Part Time Telephone Customer Service Representatives.
- 18-30 hours per week
- Flexible Shifts Available, typically between 9am – 3pm, Monday - Friday?
