Eisenhower Center is a Traumatic Brain Injury rehabilitation facility. Eisenhower Center is seeking motivated and dynamic individuals for our Unit Manager position. As a Unit Manager, you will work with our diverse clientele who have all acquired a traumatic brain injury. As a result of their injuries, our clients have a wide range of needs. It is important to assist our clients in any aspect of rehabilitation and care that they may require. Your interactions with our clients can be some of the most valuable components of their rehabilitation process. You can be the difference in changing one life at a time!

QUALIFICATIONS:
•Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2 years of directly related experience in TBI setting preferred
•1 year of supervisory experience in a rehab setting
• Excellent problem-solving, soft skills, emotional intelligence, and organizational skills
• Leadership knowledge skills and abilities, desire to lead by example, cooperative attitude, team player, meticulous attention to detail, results & goal orientated, excellent communication skills both verbal & written, exceptional time management skills, ability to have tough conversations, & enforce policy and procedures via corrective actions as required
• Valid Michigan driver’s license
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist in management of program’s rehabilitation team
•Orientation, training, feedback, and discipline in regard to rehabilitation staff
•Participate in residential on-call and manage staff scheduling
•Participate in family communication including weekly contacts and team meetings
•Documentation for meetings and billing
•Recreation, client banking, and client schedules
•Other duties as assigned
