Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Responsible for directing the activities of the Shipping, Receiving, and Weigh Station personnel under the management of the Supply Chain Manager.
* The position involves blending, measuring, and producing raw materials to manufacture industrial coatings
* Once completed, materials are packaged for shipment to customers
* Ability to work rotating shifts, work any job, and work overtime
* Ability to lift of up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
