Job Description • Remove unused components and materials and stage for return to correct bin and lot number. • Move Finished goods to Finished Goods Area after labeling and weigh-counting. Prevent in-process parts from getting into Finished Goods Area • Using software report, identify items for shipping. Stage them and work with OFFICE on scheduling shipments. • Managing multiple shipments of multiple parts to multiple locations in a single day. • Exactly track stock-shipments and pull-from-stock to avoid errors in inventory. • Use software to create packers, purchase orders, bills of lading, and other documents (this is a shared task with OFFICE) • Unload components and in-process items • Re-label according to ISO/IATF guidelines and stage for production in correct bins. • Use software to create receivers, labels, and other documents. • The success of the audit is entirely dependent on your ability to execute the above four tasks. • Conduct inventory audit of Finished Goods, Small Goods, and Coil on monthly basis (less frequently if we are executing other tasks well enough to rely on system numbers.) • Operate fork-truck safely. • Maintain fork-truck to established standard. • Coordinate with OFFICE for after-hours pickups. • Treat drivers, vendors, and guests to JMC with courtesy. • Self-Managed Performance.
