Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Mail Statements
- Approves charges
- Assists other offices with applying payments
- Handles customer AR calls
- Electronically submits invoices for customers that require it
- Contacts delinquent accounts for payment
- Researches and processes charge backs, returns, and bad checks
- Creates and mails invoices for customers as requested.
- Manages all accounts receivable correspondence by e-mail, phone, and mail and follows up as required
- Follows proper record retention guidelines.
- Assists with special projects as required
- Analyzes customers accounts and process account holds and/or outside collection efforts Maintains a positive attitude and contributes to a pleasant work atmosphere while working and communicating with customers, co-workers and management
This position is part-time (20-30 hours per week)
$14.00-$15.00/hr
