Description COVENANT HEALTHCARE US:MI:SAGINAW DAY SHIFT FULL TIME BENEFITED SUMMARY: The Facilities Systems Administrator is responsible for the maintenance of systems which support Facilities and HFAP documentation. This oversight includes system maximization, maintenance, reporting and upgrading as appropriate. This position supports the Director of Facilities as well as the Facilities Management team. The Facilities Systems Administrator demonstrates excellent customer service performance in that his/her attitude and actions are at all times consistent with the standards contained in the Mission, Vision, Values and Leadership Expectations of Covenant HealthCare and the commitment to Extraordinary Care for Every Generation RESPONSIBILITIES: Create and maintain strategic facility service databases that support annual department goals and objectives* Provides technical support for Covenant leadership related to TMS work order system Assists in administering Lawson payroll and allocations Assists in building and managing HFAP within the appropriate systems Facilitates scheduling of Safety Committee agenda and minutes Maintain HFAP documentation Coordinates employee safety training Company Liaison for the Employee Recognition program. Works on special reports as assigned. Performs administrative duties and special assignments as requested. As appropriate, drafts correspondence and/or recommends next steps. Coordinates and maintains the Facilities management schedules. Other duties as assigned or requested. Other information: EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Associate degree in Business or a related field or willingness to complete within 2 years required. Healthcare experience preferred. KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES Possesses excellent administrative/secretarial and communication skills. Demonstrates excellent customer service skills. Ability to write correspondence, minutes, etc. Ability to work independently and prioritize work. Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Work, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) Demonstrated analytical, technical, and interpretive skills. Ability to work with and communicate with staff, leadership, Executives, physicians, contractors and city/township officials. Ability to maintain confidential information. Ability to tactfully handle complaints (i.e., patients, physicians, staff, etc.). WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS Frequently Standing, Walking, Sitting, Twisting, Reaching, Handling, Fingering, Feeling, Talking, Hearing, Near Vision, Midrange Vision, Far Vision, Depth Perception, Visual Accommodation, Color Vision, Field of Vision Occasionally Lifting, Carrying, Pushing, Pulling, Climbing, Balancing, Stooping, Kneeling, Crouching, Squatting, & Lifting up to 25 lbs.
