Connectivity is an essential part of the automotive industry and enables drivers and passengers to interact with their vehicle and the world around them. FCA has committed to expanding connectivity throughout our product line-up. Part of FCA’s commitment to expanding connectivity is how FCA manages the Connected Services subscriptions. FCA is seeking a Subscription Management Pricing and Packaging Specialist that can help bring FCA’s Connected Services offerings to the next level.
Responsibilities:
•Work with Product Managers, Product Marketing, Dealer Engagement Team, Finance and Operations teams to implement new Sales and Service offerings
•Work with the product organization to determine the business value of potential new products
•Develop pricing models and scenarios based on FCA’s current product/service offerings, competitive offerings and customer’s willingness to pay
•Develop statistical and financial models and forecasts intended to inform leadership on revenue growth, risk scenarios and potential future revenue opportunities
•Manage the implementation and support of Pricing and SKU initiatives within the subscription management tool (Zuora)
•Attention to detail, data analysis, and written/verbal communication skills are needed to work across all areas of the company including product management, product marketing, operations, finance, sales, and engineering
•Support cross-functional teams on a day-to-day basis to answer pricing and packaging questions and resolve issues
Basic Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in: Business Administration, Marketing or Consumer Research
•Have the business acumen and understanding of the role of pricing within the subscription economy as well as the connected vehicle business
•Possess knowledge across Finance and Accounting practices
•Self-starter who is willing to challenge the status quo
•Proficient in spreadsheet modeling and analysis and presentation development
•Willing to travel domestically and internationally (20%)
Preferred Qualifications:
•Experience working with Zuora
•Experience with subscription service pricing and packaging, ideally with connected vehicles is a plus
