DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job Description
The Global Program Manager will be based in Farmington Hills, MI. The Program Manager will be based in Farmington Hills, MI and will manage complex Automotive electrical programs, from concept to completion. You will collaborate with suppliers, customers, and internal team members to ensure program timing is maintained and that open issues are tracked to closure. Your projects and customers extend beyond your office, focusing on the tactical execution that affects the strategic relationship between Flex and the Customer; continues to monitor and reduce program risk, while maximizing program profitability.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:
* Ensure alignment of defined strategies between Flex manufacturing sites
* Monitoring of key milestones ensuring adherence to identified timelines and deliverables of key objectives for specific activities.
* Ensure commonality between each of the manufacturing sites.
* Part of escalation process.
* Manage customer relationship on a Global basis and is the Customer single point of Contact, globally for all product programs and operational performance issues escalated beyond site Management.
* Facilitate internal communication between Flex vertical partners.
* Facilitate external communication between customer and Flex sites.
* Ensure Customers expectations are clearly communicated and are being met within Flex.
* Act as the leader and sponsor for Global customer Flex Product Life Cycle projects and has sign off responsibility at the phase gate reviews.
