Job Details

• Ensure co-ordination with Scrum teams and product owners on a daily basis throughout sprint cycles
• Design and implement strategies for teams to continuously improve their use of Agile/Scrum principles and practices.
• Facilitate Scrum events as requested or needed by the management team
• Remove impediments to the development team’s progress and ensure sprints are executed on time with low risk delivery
• Coach the development team for self-organization and cross-functionality in organizational environments in which Scrum and Agile are not yet fully adopted and understood
• Prepare and manage sprint teams
• Enable change that increases the productivity of the Scrum team to be able to focus on delivery of the sprints as per the plan

Required:

• 7+ years with end to end IT Project Management, Program Management, Portfolio Management or Enterprise Project/Application Portfolio Management solutions
• Must be a Certified Scrum Master
• Experience training and managing sprint teams
• Must have excellent communication and mentoring skills and possess the ability to adapt, be flexible, and work well in a cross-functional environment
