- Computer literate – working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong organizational skills
- Good phone etiquette
- Ability to multi-task and change tasks with minimal notice
- Able to work independently…self-starter and able to manage themselves
- Curious and eager to learn new tasks and increase knowledge of our products…passionate about doing well
- Willing to get-up and physically go throughout the plant to investigate/solve problems as necessary…build relationships with personnel in other departments
- GSA experience a plus
- Willing to work over-time if required
- Able to interface with internal and external people and companies…able to be forceful at times
