Aerator Technician

Qualified candidates will possess a combination of professional and communication skills, as well as the ability to be self-motivated, organized, and manage their time effectively.
Compensation is hourly, plus commission, plus bonuses. We offer full time employment, great benefits, company vehicle for use at work, and 401k. Valid drivers license, good driving record, ability to work some Saturdays required.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Legibly and accurately documenting all work completed according to company policy, and submitting on a daily basis.
- Operate a vehicle and trailer safely and efficiently.
- Maintaining professional appearance and demeanor on customer properties.
- Achieve a daily and weekly quota.
Some work is performed outside in unfavorable weather conditions. You must be capable of lifting up to 50lbs.
