The Electrical Prototype Build Engineer will be responsible for managing all electrical prototype build activities including developing and communicating build plans based on vehicle specifications, test plans, and program timing as well as reviewing and understanding wiring designs and wiring schematics. This Engineer will also lead multiple teams to assure all program deliverables are met and resolve any issues affecting build quality, engineering design, manufacturing process, and timing.
Basic Qualifications:
•Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent from an ABET accredited or equivalent program
•Basic vehicle build process knowledge
•Minimum three years of experience in the automotive industry
•Basic knowledge of CATIA V5, and/or NX, Teamcenter
•Strong leadership and communication skills
•Fluent in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable with preparing presentations and presenting to all levels of management

•Proven problem-solving skill set
•Understanding of prototype vehicles and plywood buck builds
