The NA Shared Services Business Analyst position is a highly collaborative position within North American Shared Services (NASS) serving as a subject matter expert and administrator for strategic business applications and projects. Duties will include research, planning, decisioning, designing, testing and implementing initiatives related to business process management, vendor income activity, and other strategic business projects. What you will do: * Support change management activities * Is proficient in SAFe methodology and practice as a Product Owner * Perform the assessment of and document current business processes * Complete system functionality and process gap analysis with recommended solutions * Assist with implementation of best practice, internal controls, and sound fiscal management * Documents system functionality and business requirements * Document test plans, test scripts, and use cases * Assist with preparation of data mapping for integration or system conversions * Assist with the development of training and communication plans * Review and identify reporting requirements * Test and validate functional processes * Evaluate alternatives and recommend project and process improvement solutions based on documented business needs * Maintains appropriate business expertise and knowledge of detailed internal process flow and systems to make good business transformation decisions. * Perform periodic performance assessments of key performance metrics * Maintain peer relationships in the business to share issues and ideas Our ideal candidate will have: * 5 years previous business experience in Finance, Technology, Marketing, or applicable equivalent with demonstrated ability to develop technology platforms utilizing business acumen in previous role(s) or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. * Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or Information Technology degree * Experience utilizing SAFe * Proficiency in JIRA * Knowledge of Appian is preferred Find out more about our values, culture, and benefits at gfs.com/careers.
