Position Summary:
As a member of the Air and Ocean team, the candidate will coordinate the handling of documentation and advances for clearance, ensure timely delivery of freight after clearance, monitoring and control of all entry/entry summary preparation to ensure shipments are entered in accordance with the US Federal Code of Regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all Import of Air & Ocean shipments
- Work with forwarders on daily basis
- Liaise with Freight Department
- Ensure POD is supplied
- Expediting and tracing as required
- Determination of Profit levels and billing
- Assist in development, implementation and maintenance of department processes
- Develop, implement and maintain department processes
- Ability to travel between Canada and the USA to other offices
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Secondary School Diploma required
- Two years (2) of relevant work experience
- Strong Leadership skills
