Position Description: * Provide support in managing dynamic on premise and cloud-based architecture consisting of virtualized resources that support multi-tiered high-availability cluster applications, services, databases, and capabilities using various cloud services, platforms, and operating systems. * Coordinate with department leadership to plan, design, and schedule the release of all software, hardware, and operating system updates. * Function as individual contributor and work under moderate supervision designing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's application systems and/or IT Infrastructure. * Provide architectural framework for information system development, maintenance, and enhancement efforts Installs, configures, and maintains the organization's computer systems. * Perform moderate to complex application administration activities such as creating, modifying, and deleting users, and optimizing remote access and security access for messaging systems, databases, and web applications. * Develop and enhance processes and technical documentation, and create back-up procedures, test plans, and reports. * Analyze systems and perform usability testing to ensure performance and reliability, enhance scalability, and meet security requirements. * May be assigned to various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States. Experience must include: * Puppet, * F5(GTM/LTM), * Infoblox, * ELK Stack, IBMMQ, * AWS Java Script, * TIBCP (4.4, 6.3), * SAMBA, * F5 Load balancer * Veritas Net Backup 5.1.
