Job Description SummaryProvides support to the global compensation team.
Job Description
•Assist with projects by collecting and manipulating data to complete graphs, charts and presentations.
•Maintains Job Description Library by documenting analysis of job requirements and qualifications; writing, and editing, job descriptions.
•Participates in compensation surveys.
•Maintains compensation quality results by following organization standards.
•Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential; cautioning others regarding potential breaches.
•Other projects as assigned.
Required Skills and Education
•Must be actively enrolled in a college degree program in Human Resources, Finance or comparable program.
•The student must possess strong Excel (charts/graphs/analysis), Word, Power Point skills and have the ability and desire to learn and grow in the HR field.
•Intellectually curious; always willing to probe deeper for understanding.
•The student must have the ability to work at least 24 - 32 hours per week.
•The student must be flexible, adaptable, possess a high level of energy, able to work in a fast-paced environment and possess strong customer service skills.
•Demonstrated leadership experience within campus and/or the community
•Highly skilled communicator, strong analytical, and presentation skills
•Ability to execute with minimal direction and prepared to navigate change with patience, optimism, and poise
•Minimum 3.0 GPA
•Must be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
