Description ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Other duties may be assigned * Picks correct product on pick list at or above efficiency pick rate
* Packs correct product on pack list at or above efficiency pack rate in appropriate container; quantity per pick list ensures proper counts
* Efficiently ships and ensures proper package sent to proper customer
* Supports the shipment of products produced or destined for sale to our customer base
* Reports quality concerns of product to supervisor or team leader
* Responsible for ensuring that all orders are properly picked, packed and shipped
* Maintains 5S work environment-cleanliness and organization
* Operates Hi Lo, pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery in a safe manner at all times
* Attends proper safety training sessions as required and wears PPE in designated areas Qualifications EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: * High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
* Ability to do basic to intermediate mathematical operations as part of daily work
* Proficient in verbal and written communication with the ability to read and understand work instructions in English
* Able to navigate Microsoft Office programs without assistance
* Certified Shipper requires approximately 1-year experience as a Shipper at Hill-Rom and mastery of duties and responsibilities
