EXELA TECHNOLOGIES IS SEEKING A COPY AND PRINT SPECIALIST IN NATIONAL ACCOUNT LAW FIRM IN GRAND RAPIDS, MI
Schedule Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM with OT
Looking for a self-motivated person to be responsible for performing office service functions for this 1 Person Site.
The duties for this position include but are not limited to:
· Litigation copying of legal documents
· Scanning physical documents into digital copies of documents
· Printing out digital documents from their native format to paper as requested.
· Create data CD/DVDs from various media sources in multiple formats
· Receiving, sorting and delivering US mail, accountable mail, i.e., Fed Ex, UPS, Certified mail, Priority mail and other accountable mail vendors.
· Filing legal documents in all local courts within walking distance of office.
· Delivery and pick up of documents/boxes/certified mail to local area businesses within walking distance of office.
· Assist with packaging and shipping of outgoing Fed-Ex and UPS
· Order and maintain appropriate levels of office and kitchen supplies for the office.
· Provide relief and breaks for receptionist.
· Use customer provided web-based software to maintain, schedule and coordinate conference room requests
· Clear paper jams, replenish paper, change toner cartridges and call service for convenience printers and copiers.
· Setting up conference room media equipment, i.e., video conference unit, laptops, projectors, flip charts, easels, dry erase boards or other conference room equipment.
· Setting up conference rooms with complimentary beverages, restocking utensils, mugs, gasses, and condiments
· Coordinating the delivery and set up of catered food services for conference rooms and special events.
· Discard/put away excess catered food as appropriate
· Wipe down tables, chairs, and restoring conference rooms to the ready state.
· Set up tables and chairs for special events
· Loading, running and unloading of glasses, plates, silverware, bowls, and serving utensils.
· Load and unload dishwasher as needed
· Rotate and maintain perishable supplies.
· Take direction from receptionist, office administrator and off-site manager to maintain service level agreements.
· Maintain all logs and reporting documentation
· Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
· Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines
· Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies.
· Ensure we are consistently providing a high level of service with attention to detail
· Perform other tasks as necessary / assigned.
Minimum of 2 years experience in an office environment
Competent in the use of Microsoft Office Suite 2010 or higher
Be able to navigate through storage drive file systems
Some postage knowledge preferred.
