BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Must be 18 years of age. High School Diploma or equivalent, minimum one yearexperience of light repair and maintenance. Ability to use/climb ladders, be on feet for continuous length of time, bend, reach, stretch and lift. Valid state driver’s license required. Ability to drive Lodge vehicles and to be insured.

Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION: Performs various repairs to insure that the Lodge is maintained in good condition, including rooms, buildings, grounds, equipment, and furnishings. Responsible for implementing preventative maintenance to minimize future problems and expenditures. Helps maintain security.
This position works an assortment of shift, weekdays, weekends and some holidays.
