Job Summary
To maintain all documentation located on wholesale.flagstar.com including policies, procedures, user guides, and all communications including memos to internal business units, sales and customers.
Job Responsibilities:
* Draft internal and external communications regarding updated, policy and/or system changes
* Create and maintain sellers guide documents used by TPO's and employees of Flagstar
* Create basic training documentation including FAQ's, quick reference guides, and user guides.
* Work with the IT team on projects and coordinate communications and sellers guide documents regarding system changes.
* Coordinate updates of various webpage content with business units
* Coordinate with advertising department to create materials to promote products/services
* Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Complete all required compliance training. Maintain knowledge of and adhere to Flagstar's internal compliance policies and procedures. Take responsibility to keep up to date with changing regulations and policies.
Job Requirements:
* HS Diploma, GED or Foreign Equivalent (Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or English preferred.)
* 5 years of comparable work experience
* 3 years minimum experience in mortgage originations
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Effectively prioritize and execute tasks while managing multiple assignments
* Prepare accurate and thorough documentation
* Strong planning and time management skills
