Position Summary
Responsible for the maintenance of facilities for an assigned facility and/or company retail stores; follow defined procedures and processes relating to repairs and/or replacements of equipment and fixtures.
Minimum Requirements
School Education
HS Graduate or Equivalent(GED)
Job Experience
One year experience with a combination of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc. Experience with food equipment strongly preferred.
Responsibilities and Essential Duties
Ensure facilities/retail stores meet all safety and code requirements.
Repair and/or replace equipment and fixtures as necessary (i.e., floors, ceiling, walls, doors, cabinets, light bulbs, etc.).
Assist management with special projects as assigned (i.e., remodels, new store openings, etc.).
Maintain well defined processes for repairs and replacement items.
Maintain accurate and timely inventory of parts and equipment.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment; ensure work is completed in a timely manner while keeping associates and customers in mind.

Knowledge, Skills Abilities
Good communication skills, written and verbal to communicate and/or document maintenance needs and status of projects. Basic math, writing and computer skills related to mechanic aptitude/maintenance. Must have maintenance experience to include carpentry and plumping skills and a basic understanding of environmental issues. Prior experience in retail maintenance a plus. Must be able to organize and prioritize work assignments, and meet established deadlines. Must perform assigned tasks accurately and completely. Must be flexible and able to handle changes in work requirements productively.

The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate. Must be able to travel.
