Direct Fulfillment (dropship) provides Amazon customers the broadest in-stock selection, at the quality and speed of delivery they have come to expect from Amazon. Direct Fulfillment allows Amazon to fulfill customer orders directly from our vendor's warehouse, and is one of the fastest growing supply channels at Amazon.
We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager to lead DF's performance management initiatives focused around improving customer promise and delivery experience. This PM role is responsible for the functioning and enhancements of multiple existing and new DF systems, and defines the roadmap for them. The successful candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills and excel in delivering product updates that summarize product launches and results, and support needed from partner teams to drive to goals.
This is a highly visible role that requires interaction and partnership with multiple functions within Direct Fulfillment, including Operations, Technology, and Data Science and across Amazon.
This role can be located in Nashville, TN, New York City, NY, Arlington, VA or Austin, TX.
5+ years product management experience (or equivalent)
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or equivalent experience
2+ years experience managing relationships at senior levels
Master's Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Business
Experience working with a complex international inventory or supply chain management organization
Experience in roles that operate strategically, but stays on top of tactical execution
Experience delivering analytical products
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
The pay range for this position in Colorado is $152,200- $206,000/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
