Description
The Client Services Representative follows established procedures to correctly and efficiently process stock and modified client orders in the order entry system. The Client Services Representative develops relationships with clients to ensure client expectations are met.
Responsibilities
•Processes client stock and modified orders for clients in their specified territory
•Project manages client orders from production through delivery for clients in their specified territory
•Communicates any changes or problems with order to clients. Acts as the client's primary point of contact for most questions and issues
•Provides excellent customer service by responding to client questions or requests for information in a timely manner
•Provides excellent customer service by working with the client and Tubelite's production and/or shipping departments to help resolve delivery issues
•Works with clients to identify client concerns and issue replacements in a timely manner for any missing, damaged or incorrect products
Requirements
•AS degree
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Strong attention to detail
•Excellent customer service skills
•Excellent computer skills
•Ability to work well under pressure
•Ability to multi-task
Preferred
•2 years customer service experience
•BA degree
