Family Dollar is looking for new team members, at any and all of their locations that can work into Store Managers Position.
We are looking to hire team members that can move across the U.P. to fill needs of Family Dollar in the near future.
Candidates must have three years of retail manager experience or more.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must have great customer skills to handle about three hundred customers a day.
- Must be hands on and have the ability to multitask
- Candidate needs to be looking to move up in position in the area to a store manager when a position opens.
Responsibilities required for this position, but not limited to:
- Building of sales
- Promoting customer service
- Inventory control
- Cash management
- Merchandising
Additional Requirements
- Must be flexible, as shifts vary.
- Cash register experience is preferred.
