A Bachelor’s degree with a major in Accounting is preferred (CPA a plus). A demonstrated understanding of financial trends and experience in financial analysis is required. At least seven years of accounting experience with a multi-faceted agency/business, some supervisory experience, and work in a non-profit and/or public accounting environment preferred.
