Position Summary
Responsible for the overall performance of supply chain efficiency, salvage and swell programs for the Company. The primary role is to be the company's primary point of contact for vendor supply chain programs to include swell, salvage and efficiency programs. Overall responsibility to ensure that agreements between the Company and vendors are being executed and provide financial impact analytical support prior to any new contracts being executed.
Minimum Requirements
Degrees
Bachelor's Degree (Required) Business Administration
Supply Chain, or other related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Job Experience
Two years experience in managing supply chain efficiency, salvage and reclaim programs.
Five years experience with data analysis.
Responsibilities and Essential Duties
Develop, manage, and oversee operational elements of the supply chain warehouse efficiency programs.
Manage and develop salvage programs for the supply chain distribution network.
Manage and oversight of an unsaleable business across network.
Establish and maintain a compliance level for the supply chain unsaleables efficiency programs.
Work with management to ensure all internal policies for the programs are being followed.
Work with other departments (i.e. Procurement, Warehouse Operations, etc.) to effectively remove unsaleable product from warehouses; aid and oversee the removal, retrieval, and processing of recalled product through third party.
Partner with Accounting and other departments to ensure funds are documented and are accurate.
Create ad hoc reporting per the business need.
Understand the opportunities and constraints from the data collected from field visits.
Maintain and establish good working relationships with vendors.
Develop and monitor department budget as required.

Knowledge, Skills Abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills; a self starter with proven ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Must demonstrate flexibility, initiative, good judgment, and a sense of urgency. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Access, Power Point). Requires working knowledge of BICEPS and Cognos. Must possess a high degree of accountability, strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and must be able to manage constant organizational change. Understanding of Store Brands and Branded product from perishable, non-perishable, and tobacco units. Understand Supply Chain efficiency processes. Ability to travel 20% of the time to company locations and/or to vendors.
