Enterprise Risk GRC Platform Lead

The Comerica Enterprise Risk GRC Platform Lead is responsible for assisting the Enterprise Risk GRC Platform Manager in the development, roll-out, and ongoing operation and support of the Enterprise Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) platform. Includes building out platform solutions per business requirements. GRC implementation activities may include integrating Comerica's risk taxonomy and policy/standards into the platform, enabling risk-control self-assessments (RCSAs) and compliance assessments, automating control issue management, aggregating data from risk and control assessment processes, enabling reporting by organizational hierarchy and risk category, and facilitating reporting of KRIs and KPIs.
Reporting Information/Location
This Enterprise Risk GRC Platform Lead position is located at 1717 Main Street, Dallas, TX and reports to the Enterprise Risk GRC Platform Manager.
Position Responsibilities:
*Engage with the business areas to define requirements for new and changing applications.
*Document business requirements and designs.
*Develop and communicate estimates, project plans and status reports.
*Perform end to end configuration of new and existing Archer applications including data transmission and system integration activities.
*Support the platform and solutions. Analyze and resolve day to day system and application issues.
*Perform Archer system maintenance activities; including maintaining content through regular vendor releases.
*Develop methodologies to build consistent, well documented solutions.
*Define and manage the change control processes.
*Perform day to day security administration of user ID's and access controls.
