Risk Compliance Analyst -
The Risk Compliance Analysts is responsible for for ensuring loan groups follow processes and procedures to mitigate risk. This includes ensuring compliance with banking laws, regulations, compliance training, and internal policies and procedures across the Retail Bank and providing support to internal clients on monitoring the Compliance/Risk Management process.

Position Responsibilities:
- Complete deliverables as assigned related to federal and state regulatory exams, internal audits, external audits and enterprise-level controls.
- Gather, analyze, interpret, and communicate statistics for related committees and dashboards.
- Participate in short and long term projects to improve the team's risk management and infrastructure capabilities and ensure the interests of risk and compliance are represented and provide assistance to external Departments for special projects or task forces.
- Participate in division-wide projects and collaborate with other group members to streamline and improve existing risk management and compliance processes.
- Analyze and make recommendations on departmental policy and procedures.
- Act as the point of contact for internal client inquiries, issues and requests relating to regulations that affect Banker/Lending Assistant process/procedures.
- Conduct and report results of compliance testing across the department.to reflect if national policies and procedures are being followed.
