Account Reconcilement Senior Associate
The Account Reconcilement Senior Associate is a highly experienced processor who works independently; who can scrub daily paid exception items, perform check returns, reconcile ARP accounts, research out-of-balance conditions, perform end of day control processes to mitigate risk and act as a resource to ARP team members as well as answer various customer inquiries pertaining to ARP.

Position Responsibilities
*Performs tasks related to Positive Pay processing, account reconciliation, customer data input / output while maintaining expert-level knowledge of processes and procedures specific to ARP while maintaining a view of the overall impact to ARP's various customers.
*Performs analysis, troubleshoots, and is proficient in all ARP job types.
*Acts as resource to other team members; assists less experienced Associates and shares information/experience pertaining to exception processing that could lead to more efficient/faster item resolutions.
*Responsible for individual workload and contributing to completion of team workload.
*Escalates more complex issues to management within a timely manner.
*Communicates effectively and professionally in all interactions, written and verbal, with staff, management, and customers.
*Meets deadlines, service level agreements, and KPM's for area while following all procedures.
*Demonstrates transformation behaviors and contributes to the overall good of the team/department.
*Presents creative recommendations for enhancements/changes to processes.
Travel is not required of this position.
