Coordinate, establish, maintain, promote and sell Merchant Card Processing Program services.
Direct Management Received:
Under the general guidance of the Director of Treasury Management and Merchant Processing Sales
Direct Management Exercised:
Provide functional guidance and support for Merchant Card Services Officers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Promote and sell merchant card processing program through a blend of personal prospecting as well as partnering to develop internal and external referrals.
2. Manage the prospect sales process including the creation of sales materials and proposals for potential customers.
3. Serve in lead capacity for Merchant Card Services team. Provides assistance with:
a. Issue resolution on questions from the team across the regions.
b. Resolution of complex customer issues.
c. Technical assistance for staff and customers.
d. Updates on changes with the Merchant Card product, vendor, technical issues, outages, etc. as necessary.
e. Communications with Banking Centers.
f. Development and maintenance of standard procedures.
4. Research and resolve inquiries from internal and external partners; includes, cash management, finance, retail operations, product vendor, etc.
5. Remain current on product, industry and technical merchant card knowledge and up to date with regulatory changes.
6. Actively partner with, train and educate partner lines of business on the Merchant Card Products and Solutions offered
7. Maintain and review client records for merchant card clients.
8. Prepare weekly/monthly sales and activity reports for Sales management.
9. Review and manage monthly merchant card customer account activity to ensure profitability and manage charge backs.
10. Conduct annual review of ach and merchant card customer files and when appropriate, partner with Business and Commercial Bankers for client relationship reviews.

Location Monroe Ops. Work Hours Full Time, Mon - Fri, 8am-5pm Requirements Position Requirements:
Education - Associates degree in business, marketing or related field.
Experience- Over five (5) years of related merchant cards services sales, banking or business to business sales
experience.
Preferred Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or educational equivalent in business, marketing or related field.
