Sales Associate

Position Overview:
The role is intended to offer an employee exposure to all facets of the sales organization for the D.P. business unit, and to provide the employee with the opportunity to lead the customer service and support functions for the entire rapid supply customer base.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
•Coordinate and communicate pricing changes with sales, the cash management group and customers
•Provide forecasting support to the Supply Chain Organization
•Coordinate sales data for monthly reporting
•Contact select customers regarding status of accounts receivable
•Provide miscellaneous support for the Sales and Marketing functions
•Assist in price quotations, monitoring contract compliance and the development of promotional events and procurement of promotional items
•Managing multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment
•Execute tactical plans based on strategic direction of the business
•Commercial & financial analysis
•Coordinate and work with plants and supply chain to coordinate "stocking program" across all segments
•Communicate inventory levels of "stocking program" to all levels of organization
•Support commercial team in lead generation and qualification process
Qualifications:
•Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
•Excellent working knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & Lotus Notes is required
•High energy level with the capacity for learning and learning quickly
•Strong interpersonal skills
•Ability to work cross-functionally throughout the organization (i.e., with Supply Chain, Finance, R&D)
•Strong communications skills (written, spoken, presentation, listening)
