We are currently looking for an Electrician on 1^st shift to join our team in Ludington, MI. This shift works from 7:00am – 3:30pm.

As an Electrician, you will:

Perform routine and emergency electrical maintenance on all machines and equipment. Diagnose source of problems or potential problems and preventative maintenance or repairs as needed.

 Do you have the following required qualifications?  

• High school education or equivalent or 3 years of electrical experience for each year of school not completed.
• Certificate of completion of 4 year apprentice program or 6 years electrician experience.
• State of Michigan license for electrical work.
• Must have own tool box and electrical hand tools required by craft.
• Must obtain and maintain valid powered industrial truck operator permit and State of Michigan driver’s license
• Current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Do you have the following preferred qualifications?

• Programmable controller experience preferred.
• Four years manufacturing electrical work experience preferred.
• Experience with PLCs and ladder logic preferred.

Ideally, you have also demonstrated the following:

• PC and keyboard/mouse skills required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Ability to climb ladders or machinery, stoop, crouch, twist, kneel, crawl, and walk to access repair area while carrying or moving tools and repair parts, including overhead and floor-to-waist lifting of materials weighing over 50 pounds.
• Ability to travel overnight away from corporate offices, including internationally.
