We are currently looking for a Sr. Human Resources Information Services (HRIS) Business Process Analyst to join our HRIS team.
As a Sr. HRIS Business Process Analyst, you will:
Lead business process, systems, and technology planning for Haworth’s Human Resources (HR) global business operations. Provide primary coordination and communication between HR and Information Services (IS). Consult with business leaders on process definition, improvement, systems, metrics, performance, and best practices. Facilitate gathering of requirements, definitions, proposals, and justifications for systems and system enhancements. Lead major Human Resources Information Services (HRIS) implementation projects. Assure delivery of systems support and information technology to business needs. Handle array of highly sensitive and confidential information with highest degree of integrity.
Do you have the following required qualifications?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Human Resources, Information Management, Technology, Statistics or 2 years of information systems experience for each year not completed.
- 8 years business functional area experience or systems implementation related experience with participation on successful project teams.
- 4 years’ experience human resources information system experience.
- 4 years Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system business functional area experience in two or more key modules.
- Current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Ability to work in Holland, MI without relocation experience.
Do you have the following preferred qualifications?
- Experience with Success Factors ERP system, including Employee Central Configuration, preferred.
Ideally, you have also demonstrated the following:
- Understands planning at future state level and project deliverable level.
- Good working understanding/knowledge of overall HR processes and transactions.
- Ability to clarify end goals and communicate end results.
- Ability to identify measures and critical milestones.
- Excellent participation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to plan, guide, and leverage resources.
- Ability to build rapport and cooperative relationships with customers, taking appropriate action to meet customer needs and concerns.
- Ability to determine tasks and resources, schedule work, and adjust priorities as needed.
- Ability to occasionally travel overnight away from corporate offices, including internationally.
