Maserati Academy offers training and educational opportunities for Maserati dealership sales and aftersales professionals. Training is delivered via web, through the Maserati Academy portal, and live in-dealership or regional workshops, through four regional facilitators.
The National Training Manager provides the Maserati dealer network with curriculum design, courseware, trainer support, and technology to inspire luxury dealer performance.
This is a full time, on roll position that reports though the Maserati Dealer Network team. Specific responsibilities include: * Create curriculum/training plans to support dealership professionals in their job responsibilities and with a focus on brand priorities* Manage the development of sales and non-technical aftersales courseware with vendor partners and internal stakeholders* Develop assessments and measures to analyze and improve training effectiveness* Oversee training reports as related to dealer completions and incentives. Report often to dealer network and field staff on training completions. Work with “Bonus Program” committee to communicate status and results. Serve as member of Bonus Program Appeals committee* Communicate regularly regarding dealership and individual training status as well as availability of courseware to increase training participation * Manage Maserati North America training budget and operational activities including: department budget allocation, contract agreements with partners and vendors and invoice processing. Manage operations of training facilitators including approvals of staff timecards, travel and expenses* Research and implement benchmark training and performance solutions for training rewards, recognition, practices and curricula; seek innovative new methods for improving Maserati training implementation* Communicate effectively and often with various stakeholders including development partners, all levels of executive management, off-site trainers, Maserati field staff, LMS/data team members, Maserati North America and International stakeholders* Address dealership and field questions regarding training requirements and course availability* Coordinate with FCA reporting team and Maserati World HQ to improve system integration and data reporting* Aid in the development of the brand. Offer resources to other Maserati departments/stakeholders to support brand health
Basic Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s Degree
•The ability to assess brand needs, prioritize them and have the motivation to address them
•Proven experience in the design, development and/or implantation of curricula
•A high level of professionalism; self-directed and motivated
•Experience using a Learning Management System
•Strong computer skills with an emphasis on G Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
•Experience with luxury brands or hospitality preferred
