The Alfa Romeo Brand Marketing Demand Analyst and Tier 3 Lead will focus on supporting the Brand Marketing organization focusing on demand generation metrics. The focus will include the management and execution of demand creation data analysis, such as consumer digital and dealer demand activities. This position will need to inspire excellence in the sales operations and marketing organizations to ensure strategic executions, delivering results to all brand goals: sales, share, shipments, sales contribution, and Tier 3 dealer executions. The candidate of choice will need to be able to work cross-functionally across a variety of teams in order to accomplish brand goals. Interaction with internal stakeholders such as marketing, social, website, finance, incentives, as well as others will be required.
Basic Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or other business related field
•Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
•Experience in managing a 3rd party agency
•Familiarity with industry standard demand measurement datasets, including strong proficiency in managing large data sets in MS Excel MS Access
•Strong proficiency in telling compelling stories with MS PowerPoint
•Executing projects under strict and tight deadlines
•Experience in developing dealer marketing and national media strategies and executions
•Experience in working with field and dealership organizations
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•Event and media planning executions
Preferred Qualifications:
•Master’s degree in Business Administration, with concentration in Marketing or Advertising
•Minimum 1 year of automotive (or relevant industry) analysis experience
