Knorr Marketing is seeking a Billing Assistant
Knorr Marketing is seeking a full-time Billing Assistant. Qualified candidates will manage and maintain billing data in Google Sheets, identify planning entry errors, and work closely with other departments to process billing. They will also cross train in vendor invoice reconciliation and order entry. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, organization, strong and dependable work ethic, ability to work in a team environment, and strong knowledge of Excel.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Maximize accuracy and auditing of billing information entered on media planning
- Review A/R aging for outstanding revenue
- Review media planning for outstanding billings
- Make collection calls as needed and/or directed by management
- Field client calls, identifying charges and supplying invoice copies, statements and any other client requests as needed
Skills and Qualifications

- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills are vital
- Adept at finding inconsistencies
- Strong organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with a command of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to learn billing software
- Adaptability
- Ability to work in a team environment and maintain effective inter-department relationships
- Proficient in English (written and spoken)
Required Experience
- Minimum education – High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years previous billing experience preferred
- Communicate ideas in a professional and understandable manner
- Sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently
- Move equipment and supplies as necessary for job function
- Communicate ideas in a professional and understandable manner
