The Process Improvement Specialist is responsible for creating and documenting process flows, defining critical tasks, KPIs, metrics, as well as performing gap analysis and remediation. This will include managing process change from development documentation, and deployment across a network of operational teams at the Parts Distribution Centers PDCs. The Specialist will perform layered process audits in the Parts Distribution Centers. The Specialist will also be responsible for inventory management tasks and will interact with Operations, warehouse management systems, ITC, Finance and other functions within the organization. The duties will include tracking inventory adjustments and assisting the operations personnel to research and approve the adjustments.
Basic Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
•Proficient in Excel, Power Point and G Suites
•Strong communication and presentation skills to all levels of management
Preferred Qualifications:
•Project management and team building skills
•Inventory management
•Ability to travel within NAFTA
•Access and SQL
