MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
High School Diploma or GED
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year casino room attendant experience with satisfactory performance within the Island Resort & Casino.
Knowledge:
Knowledge and understanding of Company policies and procedures upon completion of orientation. Knowledge and understanding of departmental policies and procedures upon completion of 90-day probationary period.
Skills and Abilities:
Must enjoy working with the public and maintain good interpersonal and communication skills. Must be able to perform well in a team environment, be able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment with the ability to handle stressful situations as they present themselves while maintaining a professional image. Must be self-motivated with the ability to multi-task. Must be flexible with days and hours available for work. Must maintain strict customer, co-worker, and company confidentiality.

In an 8-hour shift, this employee will have the following physical demands placed upon them:
Stand/walk for 7 hours of an 8-hour shift.
Sit for up to 1 hours of an 8-hour shift.
Lift and carry up to 40 pounds frequently, during shift.
Crawl occasionally for cleaning baseboards and elevator tracks.
Move dressers and flip mattresses occasionally without assistance.
Must be able to push a fully loaded supply cart.
Must be able to wear non-latex gloves for the cleaning of rooms.
Must be able to work with the following cleaners: Chlorine based, acid based, ammonia based, shine-up, dusting spray and spa/whirlpool cleaner. (sanity 10)
Must be able to use both right/left hands for repetitive motion throughout the shift.
Must be able to bend, squat, kneel, reach, twist, and rotate as needed during shift.
