Job Summary
Marketing Analytics Manager
This role supports the Marketing Analytics team by developing, modifying and delivering marketing reports and analyses to internal stakeholders. The Marketing Analytics role will provide actionable reporting and insightful analytics to our marketing strategy and operations team and their stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills such that he/she can influence both strategic and tactical decision-making.
Responsibilities:
•Focus on leveraging analytics in order to develop insights for marketing strategies and campaigns, to improve customer awareness, conversion, and retention.
•Grow core foundational marketing analytics capability including key strategic segmentation analysis, optimization of strategic initiatives based on the use of predictive and prescriptive analytics, and utilization of BI tools and data visualization.
•Perform foundation business/marketing analysis and intelligence, both descriptive and diagnostic, for marketing strategy team, including client/industry profiling, campaign reporting.
•Develop insights that are accessible and enable strategy development
•Leverage analytical insights to inform/design cohort specific experiences and learning agendas

Qualifications
Required Skills:
•Strong marketing acumen, experience in business/marketing analysis and intelligence, an innovative mind, and strong communication and partnership capabilities.
•Ability to use descriptive and diagnostic analytics to tell a story of the current experience of clients and prospects and paint a picture of the future potential.
•Experience in basic data manipulation to compare, crosstab, and benchmark to find baseline metrics.
•Expert-level knowledge of Excel and Excel functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, IF functions, Formulas, Subtotal functions, conditional formatting, etc.)
•Strong experience with querying large data sets from data warehouses using SQL language or reporting tools, such as Cognos BI.
•Strong experience in BI tool development, data visualization, and storytelling (Tableau, etc.)
•Strong experience using and knowledge of marketing intelligence and analytical tools. (Ex: Adobe Analytics, SAS, Teradata, etc..)
•Strong, demonstrated skills measuring marketing campaigns and developing insights from analysis, both quantitative and qualitative
•Ability to identify financial drivers, create financial models and business cases, define and communicate cost and benefit/ROI analyses and other assessments of performance to inform go/no-go decisions
•Experience querying large data sets and SQL
•Experience in SAS/R/Python languages
Minimum Qualifications:
•BA/BS marketing, business, computer science or statistics or equivalent required
•Experience with web analytics software
•Background in advanced data analysis techniques and/or statistical methods
•Experience in tracking/improving marketing programs

Market Development and Sales (MDS): MDS supports Crowe in achieving its growth objectives by developing and executing national and international programs to build brand awareness for Crowe; promoting Crowe's thought leadership and positioning its experts in the markets it serves in both marketing and media channels; implementing lead management programs through integrated marketing and communications; and enabling revenue generation through multiple sales channels.
