Job Summary
Digital Marketing Manager
Crowe is looking for a Digital Project Manager with demonstrated experience managing large, technical martech stack integrations as well as major website enhancement projects. Working with outside vendors, a core development team, and various discipline leads (UI/UX, Analytics, Content Strategy, etc.), this individual will be responsible for defining scope, cost, and timelines as well as ensuring project deliverables are met on time and on budget.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing agile development projects and will be comfortable working as part of a distributed team. Responsibilities will include determining and gaining consensus around requirements, prioritization of projects and tasks, and ensuring sprint and project commitments are met.Company Overview

Skill sets required include:
•Deep understanding of website design development and martech stack integrations.
•Project management expertise and flexible project management methods, including demonstrated agile project management experience.
•Facilitation of analysis, requirements, and estimation of user stories, features, and epics.
•Ability to identify and correct bottlenecks and scope creep by providing strategic solutions and trade-offs for blockers/issues.
•Ability to create, maintain, and communicate project plans, including schedules and milestones, and stay on track and on budget with approved SOWs and client requests.
•Experience balancing business requirements with technical constraints.
•Ability to see and track to big-picture strategy, while managing executional details.
•Identification and implementation of processes to improve productivity, quality, and performance for the team.
•Communication of resource requirements and duration for capacity planning and traffic management.
•Management of budgets, contracts, and relationships with vendors and third-party partners.
•Demonstrated experience managing agencies and contractors.
•Participation in quality assurance processes to ensuring business needs are met.
•Demonstrated ability to facilitate meetings and ability to foster effective communication with team members.
•Ability to successfully foster cross-functional relationships and lead through influence.
•Ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance from others, without damaging the relationship.
•Ability to work in a complex and collaborative team environment.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical requirements to various audiences.
•Motivated self-starter that keeps up with new digital trends and tools.
•Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
•Capable of working with tight deadlines.

Minimum Qualifications:
•5+ years experience in digital project management that include technical integrations and enhancements (not just campaign management)
•BA/BS or equivalent preferred but not required.

Market Development and Sales (MDS): MDS supports Crowe in achieving its growth objectives by developing and executing national and international programs to build brand awareness for Crowe; promoting Crowe's thought leadership and positioning its experts in the markets it serves in both marketing and media channels; implementing lead management programs through integrated marketing and communications; and enabling revenue generation through multiple sales channels. MDS is also responsible for new product development and the Firm’s Client Experience initiative.
