ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide excellent customer service to customers, internal and external alike.
Hire, schedule, train, guide, evaluate, mentor, encourage, support, and discipline employees according to policies and procedures.
Enforce and ensure that all policies and procedures are being followed for the efficient operation of Bingo area.
Perform 30/60/90 day evaluations along with employee annual evaluations.
Assist in the preparation of Bingo programs, calendars and promotions in the Bingo Hall.
Prepare all daily work schedules of Bingo employees.
Complete daily time sheets for Bingo employees.
Address all Bingo employee concerns, complaints, and help resolve issues within the Bingo Department.
Perform and track Title 31 requirements.
Perform data entry when requested.
Attend all meetings pertaining to bingo and conduct meetings as necessary
Fill in for all other Bingo positions when needed or requested.
