Prepares monthly progress reports, foundation reports, plant-use reports, labor rejations, and. payment estimates in proper.form, and for the timely submission of raperts in accordance.with established due ‘dates, Checks extensions for arithmetical accuracy.
Logs, distributes-and tracks shop drawings submittals. Monitors suspense’s to ensure no excessive delays are encountered. After drawings have been reviewed by all concerned, and based on comments provided, prepares correspondence to the contractor “approving/disapproving along with reasons thereof. Ensures Resident Engineer and Quality Assurance Representatives have current copies ‘of shop drawings. Marks additiona! drawings ‘and provides them to the contracter,
Performs a variety of general office clerical and administrative tasks in support of the office:
Serves as timekeeper for Government personnel at the project site using a financial management system (for exarnplé CEFMS), arid. completes biweekly time and attendance report for sighaturé-of supervisor or alternate; insuring laber charges are appropriately assessed to actual projects with funds available.
Arranges for.staff travel, including scheduling transportation, making hotel reservations, preparing travel requésts;. vouchers. Etc. Makes Spécial arrangements: for office visitors, providing them with all necessary information in regard to lodging, restaurants, and activities,
Maintains personnel data on employees ensuring required actions are timely prepared. Coordinates, prepares; tracks and processes personnel related actions for civilian employees to include annual performance appraisals, work/leave schedules, incentive awards, training, and travel and tra nsportation.
