The IT Technical Analyst role works with IT members and Business Partners to identify and document areas of improvement both with application development and general business processes. The Analyst may work on problem resolution, system enhancement or business process design, and general support of operational activities within the portfolio. The Analyst may be responsible for planning, prioritizing and coordinating with IT staff, business partners, and support teams along with managing and reporting IT support operation specifics.

•One of the major roles for the Analyst will to be to work with our support teams to help manage, track, and report on operational support Incident and Demand tickets. This role will be responsible for aligning with Business Partners to understand priorities, and communicate with support teams to ensure these tickets are progressing as needed
•Analyze and interpret data sets
•Work with business technology partners, business partners, and vendors to define business requirements for business case development, process improvement, solution development and defect resolution
•Maintain a detailed working knowledge of the assigned area's systems, organization, and business processes
•Tasks may include the definition, implementation, and support for complex, cost effective solutions for application development and/or business processes
•Anticipate obstacles or challenges and develop plans of elimination and resolution
•Ensure that information security policies, principles, and practices are an integral element of the system design
•Strengthen technical knowledge in new and existing technologies
•Build relationships with IT strategic vendors to gain an understanding of cross-functional processes and required interactions between the vendors and IT
Requirements:
•Requires a bachelor's degree preferably in an Information Technology field. Applicable exempt work experience is not required. Less than a bachelor's degree may be acceptable if accompanied by other technical training / relevant certifications and extensive experience (internal/external) in positions that demonstrate required abilities and performance.

•Knowledge of quality assurance principles, processes and testing requirements
