Manager, Tech Product & Solution
Responsibilities
•You will perform duties consistent with Development (DevOps) Manager Role
•Drive vision for the service
•Execute major/minor releases, with a desired customer experience and attention to details
•Develop and manage KPIs and prioritize work in order to achieve results
•Serve as the DevOps champion and continuous process improvement to help drive best practices
•Management of IT personnel
•Direct management of a small team, professionals who take part in evaluating, deploying, and operating the Office 365 services, including its dependencies, requirements, and supporting technologies.
•You will manage a team responsible for administering enterprise Microsoft systems.
•Acts as a liaison between technical team and management, and works effectively within and outside the organization to deliver value to the business.
•Drive the team in the development of new high business value services
•Drive the team in design and delivery of service health dashboards
•Drive the team in designing controls that ensure and measure policy and legal compliance and alert us when we out of compliance
•Drive the team in taking ownership of their managed services end to end and delivering the best customer experience possible
•Drive the team in a distributed monitoring model, and in development of synthetic monitoring for all Office 365 services and on premise services.
Qualifications
•5+ years' experience in a related field.
•5+ years of relevant Product Management, Product Owner, Business Analyst, and System Analyst experience in an agile software product development environment.
•1+ years' experience in a leadership role.
•Proven success in delivering software with Agile Scrum methodologies.
•Strong requirements elicitation, and proven writing skills including the ability to write concisely and clearly for different audiences.
•Experience with Agile backlog/project management tools.
•Ability to apply knowledge of multidisciplinary business principles and practices to achieve successful outcomes in cross-functional projects and activities.
•Strong knowledge and demonstrated application of all facets of lifecycle and technology operations.
•Collaboratively and objectively assesses benefits, costs, and viability of proposed solution options and drives alignment across a diverse group of stakeholders.
•Ability to leverage business knowledge, sound judgement, and resourcefulness to determine appropriate course of action in challenging, ambiguous situations.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to engage with and present ideas to senior leadership. Provides key input to facilitate decision-making process.
Education Requirements:
•Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Other Technical Discipline.
•Scrum Product Owner certification (CSPO) preferred
Travel:
•May require up to 20% of domestic overnight travel within the region, and occasional trips to the Bellevue Headquarters
