Job Description
Overview:
Ensure successful Implementation of ASI Automation equipment, communicate, utilize leading technology, core standards, best practices to provide the best quality, reliability efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
•Assess current ASI org and develop new team members to support increased sales. "bench strength"
•Develop satellite implementation teams and suppliers to aid in Global footprint and ease of implementation
•Support development of global 24-7 support team- hotline #
•Manage all Operations department leads of the ASI facility
•Manage the day to day operations of ASI
•Develop key suppliers globally to support operations
•Attend design reviews and runoff of all equipment
•Work with suppliers commercially and technically
•Design and implement standard process
•Drive and Develop Equipment standards globally
•Schedule and set priority, drive communication between ASI and Lear
•Manage ASI support of Lear production facility thru all aspects:
•Industrial Engineering
•Project management of awarded Automation
•Equipment selection to maintain standards
•Budget-Forecasting
•Layout
•MFMEA to be supplied with all equipment
•Facility upgrades needed for Automation
•Identification of critical spare parts
•Preventative Maintenance
•Support implementation/ start up in the production facility
Job Skills:
•Program Management/ Management Skills
•Equipment Specification
•Controls/ PLC Ladder Logic Programming
•Safety Standards Robotic RIA, Estops, Guarding
•AutoCad or similar for 2D layout development
•Industrial Engineering/Assembly plant experience
•Communication Skills
