SUMMARY:
The Order Management Coordinator is an entry level position within the Order Management department. The Order Fulfillment Coordinator is expected to provide administrative support to facilitate order fulfillment in at least one area within the Order Management team: Analog Voice, Digital Voice, or Broadband/Data Services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reviews orders prior to submission to ensure pre-ordering requirements are complete and accurate.
Provides administrative support to facilitate order activity for new installations, moves, changes, and disconnects of various telecommunications technologies.
Works with customers, LECs, CLECs, and various internal teams to obtain pre-ordering details such as Address Validations, CSRs, Local Contact information, & account configuration requirements.
Communicate ongoing and milestone statuses to various internal teams and customers.
Works closely with Order Managers to comprehend and apply customer and technology specific configuration requirements to orders.
Participates in status and kick off calls with customers as needed.
Escalates orders to the appropriate internal teams as needed.
Acts as back up for all Order Management Coordinator positions as assigned.
Identifies opportunities for process improvements that will result in demonstrated increases in production quality, efficiency, or quantity.
Creates, Maintains, and Updates internal documentation as necessary.
Maintains the acceptable standards of efficiency and quality established by the company to ensure customer satisfaction.
Adheres to all policies, practices, and standards of the Company and our clients to ensure good order and discipline on the production floor.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
•0-3 years’ experience in telecommunications provisioning, project management, or order management preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Working knowledge of a document management system (preferably Outlook) to manage a busy and ever-changing calendar is essential. Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is required. Demonstrated ability to multi-task between systems.
•High degree of time management, and organizational skills needed to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects and flexibility to address customer issues.
•Must maintain a high degree of reliability, thoroughness, and attention to detail.
•Good follow-up skills needed to ensure accurate completion of customer requests.
•Technical aptitude with telephony knowledge, including basic understanding of wireline telecommunications technologies and terminology preferred.
•Working knowledge of BullsEye’s specific applications including VOM, BOSS, SharePoint, COM, Telcare, QuickBase, Loki as well as available vendor/LEC portals (GUI) preferred.
LANGUAGE AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS:
•Ability to read, write, follow directions, and possess above average listening skills.
•Strong interpersonal skills and a sensitivity to understand customer needs is a requirement.
•Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and peers via excellent oral and written communication.

•Demonstrates skill in data analysis techniques by resolving missing/incomplete information, inconsistencies/anomalies in more complex research/data.
Nature of work requires increasing independence; receives guidance only on unusual complex problems or issues. Work review typically involves periodic review of output by supervisor and/or direct "customers" of the process.
Must be able to gain understanding and comprehension of basic telephony terminology and technologies.
