Basement Waterproofing and Foundation Repair of Michigan is growing. This is an amazing opportunity for self-starters, entrepreneurs and sales people across the spectrum.
We are seeking professional and knowledgeable people who have previously worked in direct-to-homeowner/consumer sales. Our company provides leads (customers contact us for appointments), with the expectation Inspectors will close sales in the basement waterproofing and foundation repair field.
Our ideal candidates will come from a background rich in sales (direct-to-consumer preferred) and/or have previous experience in the basement waterproofing, residential real estate, window/siding/roofing, home inspection or home improvement industries. Some construction experience is preferred, but not required.
Our Inspectors/Sales People must also have strong listening, follow-up and closing skills, and be able to speak both professionally using technical terminology as well as be able to communicate in “layman’s English” to a homeowner. Proficiency in working with computer software and detail, with the focus on team dynamics, is particularly important. This individual must have strong ethics, high integrity and be committed to putting the homeowner first.
Additionally, our candidates must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Be fluent in English with the ability to converse professionally with customers. (Bilingual speaking ability, particularly in English or Arabic, is particularly helpful.)
- Possess a valid driver's license, and be able to monitor and keep to a daily calendar of appointments.
We will provide training to the most qualified individual(s). Our Inspectors are required to form a company and must be able to obtain liability insurance and workers’ compensation insurance (if necessary). This is an opportunity to make $65,000.00 per year (to start), based on existing skills and previous experience.
